Finding something to eat on Postmates is a lot like surfing a streaming service to find a movie; it takes forever. If only they knew what I wanted; I don't even know. I do think the way that it's organized could be more helpful. I understand promotions. I would also want those at the top, but the rest seems odd. The categories of food must not be tagged correctly because you could search "Italian Food", and "China Cottage" would appear. That goes for the search engine, as well. There are really two categories of delivery on Postmates. One being ordering directly, and the other sends a courier to order on your behalf. I don't think the customer needs to have that information; only because the different icons can confuse customers. I often get so frustrated, I go get it myself. That's probably not the outcome they're hoping for.
