The Walrus and the Carpenter, coined "The Walrus Bar", is a Seattle-based oyster bar serving apertifs and freshly caught bay & Pacific oysters. Their brand imagery is unique because they heavily rely on illustration, which I really enjoy. It is loosely based off the walrus and the carpenter scene in Alice in Wonderland. The minimal colors and the sketchy quality really convey the intimacy of the bar. I like seeing that in a website. No nonsense navigation, and no mystery meat, the buttons do exactly what they say they will. The mistake of many restaurants is not putting the menu in a .PDF; I really appreciate that choice. It is easier to read, and easier to share.
